Anyone under 16 will need a PARENT present to sign the consent form. If you have an alternative legal guardian then please bring proof of I.D. otherwise you will be refused a piercing.

If you are over 16 you may have a piercing as long as you bring PHOTO I.D. that includes your date of birth. (or a parent or legal guardian).

ALL genital piercings carry an 18+ age restriction by law. (Anywhere that you would expect to cover up at the local swimming pool).

No parental consent can change that.
